Allow Document Re-ordering in Document Manager

When creating an envelope, the Document Manager shows you all the documents in your workspace. However, the order is decided based on the order the documents were uploaded. It would be helpful if the order of documents could be changed, just like how JotBlocks can be re-ordered from the Document Manager pane. Currently, the only way to re-order documents is to delete documents from your workspace and re-upload them (and reapply all JotBlocks and logic) in the desired order, which is very cumbersome.
